Customers Only ~ Dry Cleaning Pre-Scheduled Delivery Instructions:
Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning Service reserves the right to discontinue service to any customer for non-payment. If the box is checked YES on the Customer Profile Form when first signing up, you agreed to pay for mending of dry cleaned clothing items that the dry cleaner identifies before dry cleaning. If the NO box is checked you do not want the dry cleaner to mend clothing (NOTE: clothing may not be dry-cleaned as a result.) Customer acknowledges that they understand and agree that Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning Service is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are left at the customer’s designated location after delivery.
Once in awhile an issue or challenge comes up with the dry cleaner. Whether it is the dry cleaner’s fault, the fabric or do to the manufacturers warranty, we guarantee your satisfaction 100%. We will be responsible for:
- The return of the same number of items that had been picked up.
- To clean your clothes perfectly, no scorched spots.
- We will not return any of your clothes shrunk or deformed.
- Whether it is the dry cleaner or the manufacturer’s responsibility, Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning strives for excellence – we ensure that you are satisfied with the final resolve.
