How do I request a pick-up if I am an ON CALL customer?

Its easy. Email us or call us at 503-201-3113 the day before your available route day.

Do I have to be present for a pick-up or drop-off?

You don’t. A great part about our service is convenience. Take advantage of YOUR time. You designate a spot you would like us to pick-up and drop-off , and our professional route associate will make sure your order is in the right place for you.

I lost my Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning Services laundry bag, how do I leave a drop-off?

Our route associate will provide another free personalized heavy-weight laundry bag. If you lost or do not have your bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location. AND write “Dry Cleaning for Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning Services” on the bag in large letters. Your route associate will pick it up and leave another personalized bag for your next order.

How do I make a payment?

You will receive a monthly statement of charges in the mail, or sign up for automatic credit card billing at the bottom of our sign up page.

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?

When you sign up you will be put on either a Tuesday/ Thursday, or Wednesday/Friday route schedule. You can tell us if once a week, twice-a-week, or as needed on call service works best for you. You will receive confirmation of your start date via e-mail. Our route associate will leave you a welcome kit on our first visit which will include, among other things, your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.

How do I tell Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning Services about a special request/issue with my garments?

Simply leave a detailed note in the reverse side of your order form included with your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?

As good as we are, in this business it is not a matter of if there will be an issue, it is a matter of when. When it does happen we want to hear about it so we can keep you happy. Please contact us within 14 days of an occurrence by emailing Chris Stine , or call us at 503.201.3113. Please include your name and address in your message.

My office/apartment building is serviced by Chris’ Convenient Dry Cleaning Services; how do I begin service?

Signing up is easy to do through your office or apartment building contact person. They will give you a form to fill in and include with your first order as well as a bright yellow dry cleaning bag.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No we don’t have a minimum requirement.
